Savinjski Golding is an aroma hop variety, its aroma is very mild, it excels by noble hoppy flavour. It contains 3 - 5 % of α - acids (27 - 33 % of cohumulone). The ratio between α - and β - acids is about 1.5. The essential oil content varies from 0.3 to 1.7 % of dry hops. The ratio between α -humulene and β - caryophyllene in the essential oil is about 3.5. Savinjski golding has a very good storage stability. Beer prepared with this variety has very good organoleptical scores for its bitterness, taste and aroma. The yield of α - acids is good when brewing with this variety.

Celeia has a pleasant hoppy aroma. It contains 3 - 6 % of α -acids (26 - 29 % of cohumulone). The ratio between α - and β - acids is about 1.7. The essential oil content varies from 0.6 to 3.6 % of dry hops. The ratio between α - humulene and β - caryophyllene in the essential oil is about 2.7. Celeia has a good storage stability. Beer prepared with this variety has good organoleptical scores for pleasant bitterness, which is harmonically linked to the aroma.

Styrian Golding B - Bobek
Bobek has an intense and pleasant hoppy aroma. It contains 3.5 - 7 % of α -acids (28 - 34 % of cohumulone). The ratio between α - and β - acids is about 1. The essential oil content varies from 0.7 to 4.0 % of dry hops. The ratio between α - humulene and β - caryophyllene in the essential oil is about 3. Bobek has a good storage stability. Beer prepared with this variety has good organoleptical scores for its bitterness and aroma. It is worth mentioning that among all the hop varieties in Slovenia this one has the highest content of β -acids.

Aurora,also known as Super Styrian, has an intense and pleasant hoppy aroma. It contains 7 – 9.5 % of α - acids (22 - 26 % of cohumulone). The ratio between α - and β - acids is about 2.7. The essential oil content varies from 0.9 to 1.6 % of dry hops. The ratio between α - humulene and β - caryophyllene in the essential oil is about 3.2. Aurora has a very good storage stability. Beer prepared with this variety has good organoleptical scores. The yield of α - acids is very good when brewing with this variety. Aurora is very suitable for extraction and combination with other varieties in the brewing process.

Atlas has a fresh hoppy aroma. It contains 7 – 10.9 % of α -acids (36 - 38% of cohumulone). The ratio between α - and β - acids is about 2.7. The essential oil content varies from 0.9 to 3.0 % of dry hops. The ratio between α - humulene and β - caryophyllene in the essential oil is about 2.6. Atlas has medium to low storage stability. Beer prepared with this variety has moderate organoleptical scores. The yield of α - acids is very good when brewing with this variety. Atlas belongs to bitter hops.
